Before you start
- Use a computer for the setup, and keep your phone (or YubiKey) nearby.
- Know your Tampa Bay Vet Group email address and password.
- Watch each video first if you like, then follow along at your own pace.
- Every link on this page opens in a new tab, so these instructions stay open behind it.
- Check off each section as you finish it. This page remembers your progress on this device.
First, find your group: you only do one 2FA section
Sections 1 and 2 are two different ways to do the same thing. Do the one for your group and skip the other.
Do Section 1
Google Workspace 2FA using the Proton Authenticator app on your phone.
Go to Section 1Do Section 2
Google Workspace 2FA using the YubiKey you have been issued.
Go to Section 2Then everyone (staff, Management and Leadership alike) finishes with Section 3: MyGlue.
Google Workspace 2FA with the Proton Authenticator app
For general staff. Use your Android or iPhone to approve sign-ins with a 6-digit code.
You can skip this section. You already finished Section 2 with a YubiKey, so your account is protected. It stays here in case you need it later.
